Hi - I'm Steve (the face behind SHall Digital)

 

I’m a digital marketer who spends way too much time thinking about subject lines. (Half art, half science—and yes, sometimes the emoji really does make the difference.)

With over a decade of experience in higher education, B2B, and nonprofit marketing, I specialize in digital strategy, email marketing, and lifecycle campaigns. That means I design journeys that actually make sense for the audience—and deliver measurable results for the brand. From funnel design to automation workflows, I focus on what scales, what performs, and what matters.

My approach blends data and storytelling. Data shows us what’s working (or not), but storytelling is what makes people stop scrolling, open the email, or actually care about the message. The magic is in the balance—turning a blank page, a broken funnel, or a half-baked idea into something that works.

At the end of the day, I’m not just chasing clicks or opens. I’m building marketing that connects, converts, and occasionally makes someone smile before they hit delete.
